One year ago.

Ok, let's see if I can do this.
If I do it right below you will see a pic from one year ago tomorrow. This was at my brother's Commission/Graduation and was one day after my surgery consultation.

Now, 7 months post surgery, and 101 pounds later, I have a hard time looking at that Cherish. Yet, I can't stop looking either. And, sometimes I still see her in the mirror. But, I know it's in my head and I am still changing every day. Today I noticed I have a shape. Not a straight wide expanse, but a shape. Hips, and thighs, and breasts. It made me pretty happy.

I hope to have someone take a new pic this weekend so I can have a comparison that I can sit side by side. Something to help me remember what I’m working for, and how far I’ve come in one year.

The suport I get from my friends and family is amazing. But sometimes I worry that they are tired of hearing about it, ya know. So happy I have all of you for the extra support.
